This role requires competency in coverage analysis, including development of language to build new or enhance existing General Liability, Commercial Excess and Commercial Umbrella products. Previous experience in Underwriting or Product Development on these lines is a must. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious and resourceful, possessing the ability to research and present information, ideas and concepts to internal and external audiences. You will collaborate with our product strategy leaders and compliance experts to react to emerging trends and crate new insurance products and related information. The better we know our customers, the better we can serve them. Customer focus will guide all aspects of your work. This includes presenting topics at the General Liability Panel meetings, attend in-person and remote meetings with client companies and participate in efforts to develop new educational materials that support our clients and our lines of business. ## Responsibilities As part of a small staff of line-of-business experts, you will: - Have an active role in the organization and development of General Liability, Umbrella and/or Excess Liability multi-state filings. - Develop panel agenda topics as well as coordinate, contribute to, and present these items at panel meetings with our customers. - Facilitate legal and actuarial review of product changes and enhancements, as necessary. - Foster client engagement through relationship-building efforts.
