In dieser Rolle hältst du Aufgaben, Termine und Informationen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte transparent und effizient vorankommen. Befristet für 12 Monate. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt ein IT Projekt organisatorisch und administrativ im Tagesgeschäft. Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Abstimmungen mit internen Ansprechpartnern. Du hältst offene Aufgaben, Maßnahmen und Fristen nach und sorgst für klare Statusübersichten. Du pflegst Projektlisten, Auswertungen und Übersichten, insbesondere in Excel. Du bereitest Informationen, Unterlagen und einfache Reportings strukturiert auf. Du unterstützt dabei, Abläufe pragmatisch zu verbessern und effizienter zu gestalten. Das bringst du mit Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrung in Projektassistenz, Koordination oder administrativer Unterstützung Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, besonders Excel und Outlook, hohe IT Affinität Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Wort & Schrift Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent, Genauigkeit und Freude an klaren Prozessen Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams Das erwartet dich Eine vielseitige Rolle mit Einblick in unterschiedliche Projekte und Schnittstellen Ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Struktur, Eigeninitiative und Teamarbeit geschätzt werden Die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und Verbesserungen einzubringen At Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
