This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting and coordinating HR services across Business Units in Taiwan, collaborating closely with both local and regional HR teams to ensure alignment of HR processes with corporate objectives. 【Key Responsibilities】 Learning & Development / Performance Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve learning, talent development, and performance management programs. ### Employee Relations & Communication Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. ### HR Policies & Procedures Support the development, review, and renewal of HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance. ### Other HR Projects Support ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned, including employee relations cases, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities. 我們正在尋找一位充滿活力且經驗豐富的人力資源專員/主任加入團隊。本職位將負責支援與協調台灣各業務單位的人力資源服務，並與在地及區域人資團隊密切合作，確保人資流程與公司整體目標完全對齊。 【主要職責】 學習發展與績效管理: 規劃並推動學習發展、人才培育與績效管理制度，並持續優化與改善。 ### 員工關係與內部溝通 擔任同仁諮詢的主力窗口，提供人資制度、作業流程與實務操作指南。 ### 人資制度與作業流程 協助制定、審查及更新人力資源政策與流程，確保制度明確、一致且符合相關法規。 ### 人資專案支援 協助執行各類人資專案，如員工關係處理、員工參與活動及企業文化推廣等。 ## Qualifications 【Required Qualifications】 Minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Good at data analytics and attention to detail. Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, proven ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 【Preferred Qualifications】 Experience in collaborating with regional HR teams within multinational companies. Proven track record in designing talent development or performance management frameworks. 【Skills & Personal Attributes】 Strong analytical mindset with high accuracy and detail-orientation. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
