The Role Veeva’s Solution Consultants are an integral part of our sales team, partnering with Market Strategies and Account Partners as product experts in the sales cycle. As a Solution Consultant, you will provide product and process expertise in the form of consultative discussions, demonstrations, tailored presentations and conference room pilots with Veeva’s customers and prospects. This involves working to understand the business challenges of each customer, tailoring an event to show how our software meets those needs, and articulating complex technical concepts clearly, and effectively addressing customer questions and concerns. ### What You’ll Do Work with account partners to identify customer business challenges, objectives, and regulatory requirements. Design and present high-impact demonstrations, workshops, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) that clearly show how Veeva Quality solutions drive business value and compliance. Lead the technical components of the sales cycle, including providing expert responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs). Manage and configure the Veeva Quality demo environments, ensuring scenarios are updated to showcase the latest features and innovations. Work with Veeva Quality cross-functional teams to ensure customer success Support marketing and industry presence by creating content, recording videos, and presenting at key industry conferences and Veeva events. ### Requirements 5+ years of experience in the LIMS domain: Direct experience in QA/QC laboratory operations, Quality IT business partner roles, LIMS implementation/consulting, or working for a Laboratory software solution vendor. We welcome candidates from diverse industries (e.g., Petrochemical, Chemical or Manufacturing) with a strong LIMS background 2+ years of experience in software pre-sales (Solution Consulting) or professional services implementation for Life Sciences organizations. Excellent presentation and communication skills Professional working proficiency in English. Energetic self-starter capable of working independently. ### Nice to Have Understanding of SaaS/Cloud solutions and technology Experience with Pharmaceutical Quality background Prior experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting demonstrating software Perks & Benefits Fitness reimbursement Annual allocations for charitable contributions Work anywhere #LI-Associate Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
