## Job description

Ideally experience in Automotive development, driving assistance systems (Radar preferable) or Embedded Systems
- Perform signal analysis and documentation to derive insights from recorded data.
- Develop and optimize signal processing algorithms using MATLAB or C.
- Conduct SW testing and analysis of code on simulators.
- Experience or exposure to Signal Processing, Detection and Estimation
- Know-how in vehicle bus systems like (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
- Automotive experience with practical experience, if possible, with data recording in vehicle on e.g. CANoe, ADTF
- Good knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)

### Soft skills
- proactive, flexible, strong in communication, team-minded, mindset of continuous improvement, efficient Developing innovative and safety-critical software and components for driver assistance systems (focus on Radar)
- Definition of the software behaviour and the Radar performance in cooperation with the System team and the customer
- Responsible for software function analysis of the requirements for the driver assistance system, the functions.
- Analysis of the link of the component properties (sensor, brakes, steering) on software performance
- Troubleshooting of software integration with prototype vehicles and the series production
