Job Planning. Propose design solutions. Customer Interactions Guarantee the respect of best practice and standards, establish and capitalize new standards when applicable.

Commitment to the planned on-time & quality delivery of simulation results Proactive communication with TL about simulation status and challenges Strong interpersonal competence and acting good team player.
