Für unser Team in Rüsselsheim suchen wir eine/n Administrative Assistant (m/ w/ d) auf Minijobbasis.

### Diese Herausforderungen erwarten Sie

Allgemeine administrative Sekretariats- und Organisationsaufgaben Planung, Koordination und Vorbereitung von Meetings Ablage- und Bestellwesen, Post- und Paketverarbeitung Koordination von externen Besuchen sowie Begehungen durch z. B. DEKRA und Feuerwehr-Einlass für Kontrollen Damit überzeugen Sie uns: Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B.
