### Job Description

Validate operational processes and controls are complete, accurate, effective, and timely in accordance with internal and regulatory standard, guidelines, and procedures. Deliver succinct fact-based exception detail used to identify program issues, defect trends and correct human error within documented established frequencies.
- Perform routine to moderately complex testing and control assessment activities
- Create comprehensive audit trails, assessing, and documenting appropriate test conclusions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the products, policies, operations, and procedures related to the business unit Good knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Typically one to two years of relevant experience, preferably in quality analysis and measurement activities Preferred Skills/Experience Good knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area Good knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Hybrid/flexible schedule Location Expectations; The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
