Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. ### Job Description The Credit Card Claims Workflow Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination and operational support to ensure customer credit card claims are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. This role manages workflow distribution, monitors case levels, and partners with Claims Processors to address exceptions, resolve issues, and maintain productivity, quality, and service standards. The coordinator helps other team members, identifies performance and knowledge gaps. The role also analyzes operational trends, promotes process improvements, and helps drive a positive customer experience. ### Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience Must Have Experience - Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements - Proven commitment to high quality customer service - Ability to work well with external and internal customers - Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide - Physical requirements could be standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions - Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation - Strong PC skills -Good verbal and written communication skills Skills: Workload Prioritization, Production Coordination, Quality Assurance, Case Management, Reporting, Process Improvement, Issue Resolution, Operational Support, Stakeholder Collaboration, Systems Proficiency. ### Competencies Team Coordination, Claims Management, Coaching & Mentoring, Workflow Management, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Focus, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Communication Skills, Continuous Improvement Experience - 4 +Years Location - Chennai Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location 5 days per week If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
