If you are motivated to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, we welcome you to join us.” - Phil Matt, Operations Manager, Mills River Factory. ### What you will do - Operate finishing and coating equipment safely to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications - Work across production areas and build skills through cross-training - Monitor product quality and communicate safety or process concerns promptly - Support continuous improvement and effective shift handovers Safely move materials and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed Working schedule: Full-time position working 12-hour rotating shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
