## Job description

We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care team in Las Vegas, Nevada. ### Employment Type

Full-time, Outpatient Schedule / Hours: Flexible schedule options to support work-life balance Call: Telephonic - goes to call center Patient Volume: Typical outpatient panel Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Support / Care Team: 1:1 MA Support, APP, and MD/DO Team Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an adult patient population
- Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in ongoing training for advanced office-based procedures Compensation & Benefits $250,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses) Generous PTO Dedicated CME days + CME reimbursement Annual license and dues reimbursement Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
