Specializing in acute crisis stabilization, psychiatric care, and detox services, The Vines Hospital serves adolescents and adults struggling with addiction or mental health issues. Our programs boast a committed and expert multidisciplinary treatment team dedicated to providing the highest level of care. ### Position Overview Employment Type: Hospital Employed Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatrist Schedule / Hours: Onsite Monday-Friday schedule Call: one night a week after hours telephone call, 1:4 weekend rounding Patient Volume: Will vary, ages 12 and older Location: Ocala, FL Practice Setting: Inpatient ages 12 and older Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary with BH Techs, BH RN, Psychiatric NPs, Social Workers, and Therapists Key Responsibilities: Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients. Participate in daily treatment team meetings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines. ### Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, paid time off, CME package Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonuses Qualifications: BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry preferred. Completion of Child/Adolescent Fellowship is required.
