Highlands features individual units for adolescents, adults, and seniors, and offers inpatient acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. website: www.highlandsbhs.com The Intake Clinician responds to all persons requesting assistance either by telephone or in person, and provides psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention and referrals to Hospital staff and services to outside sources, based on the nature of the problem(s) and financial resources. Admissions to the Hospital are facilitated through coordinated efforts with the Business Office, Utilization Review and the Department of Nursing Services. ### Shift Hours PRN; must be able to work 1 overnight shift per month; PRN employees are not guaranteed shifts/hours Shift Differential Pay: Up to $6.00/hour Questions or concerns? Screening of applications begins immediately and continues until the position is filled. ### Qualifications Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling. Licensed Clinican in the state of Colorado, preferred but not required. If not licensed must have the ability to obtain licensure (LPC or LCSW). Supervision for employees working towards licensure can be provided onsite. Prefer previous experience with psychiatric patients of all ages.
