Additionally, therapists have the primary responsibility for treatment and discharge planning, and interface with community agencies and referral sources throughout the client's course of treatment. As the PHP/IOP Therapist, this individual will have oversight of all social work functions for acute patients. Able to complete required clinical paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. Must be able to maintain professional and appropriate boundaries with clients and families. Able to complete required paperwork according to established protocol and regulatory agency requirements. ### Education/Experience Master’s degree in a counseling related field, MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year of clinical experience working with adults. ### PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requires a full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint of patients. Ability to perform CPR and first aid. Ability to work rotating schedules. Ability to drive a vehicle if necessary. Must be able to speak, read and write. Emotional stability necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Vision and hearing sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
