Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Prepares the patient charts for discharge process and assembles components in the correct order - Performs audit of active charts on a regular basis - Maintains accurate input and update of chart deficiencies into the computer system Distributes notices of delinquencies to physicians for completion - Reviews, evaluates and processes release of information requests. We provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs (includes a location in Athens).
