Learning & Development Trainer Home‑based (North of England travel) | Full‑time | Circa 30K per annum (DOE) + £3600 Car Allowance. Salary can be negotiated dependent on experience. We are looking for a Learning & Development trainer to join our fantastic team of over 40 trainers. Monday - Friday with occasional overnight stays - Main locations - West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and occasional North East of England. Make every learning intervention count. We’re now looking for a passionate and engaging Learning and Development Trainer to join our in house Learning & Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a healthcare professional who loves teaching, inspiring others and making a real world difference every single day. You’ll be joining a growing team of over 40 trainers who deliver a wide variety of specialist learning interventions. The Role As a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our teams have the confidence, competence and skills to respond effectively and provide the highest possible standard of care. You’ll deliver a wide range of high‑impact training across an array of specialist services in the north of England, Courses you’ll deliver include: Basic Life Support (BLS) Intermediate Life Support (ILS) Resuscitation Simulation Training Emergency First Aid at Work Ligature Risk Reduction Safer People Handling ### Core Skills - Stop the Bleed And more This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week). While the position is home‑based, travel to services across identified regions is required as part of the role. ### What You’ll Bring You’ll be someone who is confident, engaging and passionate about delivering life‑saving education. ### Desirable Registered Healthcare Professional (NMC or HCPC) or Level 4 (or above) First Response Emergency Care (FREC 4) Level 3 Award (or above) in Education and Training Essential: Experience working within a health or social care setting - Proven experience delivering training or teaching Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for resuscitation and developing others Why Join Cygnet?
