This role offers a partnership tract as well as an excellent work life balance. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. Opportunities for Professional growth and continuing education as well as a Supportive work environment with experienced colleagues. ### Quick Facts Employment Type Full-Time Associate Schedule / Hours: Monday Through Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (36 clinical hours per week) ### Call Telephonic only (minimal) ### Patient Volume 18 – 22 patients daily Location: Riverside CA (Canyon Springs clinic location) ### Practice Setting Multi-specialty Support / Care Team: Dedicated MA or LVN Support EMR / Technology: EPIC Responsibilities Provide Outpatient Primary Care services to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. - Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff - Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities - Document care using EPIC EMR Compensation & Benefits Salary: $270k – $300k annually (productivity incentives/bonus eligible Health, Dental, Vision & Retirement offered though BlueCross PTO, CME & Schedule Flexibility Wellness & Work-Life Balance Support Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active or eligible California license Growth & Development Leadership and advancement opportunities Mentorship, training, or academic involvement About the Organization & Community Riverside Medical Clinic (RMC) has been a part of the community for over - 90 years and is the largest independently owned and operated multi-specialty group, with over 190 providers, in the Inland Empire, the fastest growing community close to beaches, mountains and the desert.
