## Job description

Urologist|Partnership|Mentorship|Henderson Nevada We are seeking a full time Urologist to join a private practice in Henderson Nevada. This role offers 1:6 call, values quality, empathy and availability.

Full-time Schedule / Hours: Flexible schedule options to support work-life balance Call: Minimal call Patient Volume: Typical Urology Practice Location: Henderson, Nevada Practice Setting: Outpatient Urology - Block time at local Hospital Support / Care Team: Two APPs and MA Team Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Urology care to a diverse demographic
- Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives Compensation & Benefits $560,000+ first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses) Percentage of collections Year 2 Partnership Opportunity
- Ability and encouraged to grow sub specialty Academic Quality of Care in a Community Setting Qualifications Board Certified / Board Eligible Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
