The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. Available schedules include every Sunday - Thursday and every Tuesday - Saturday. There is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. ### Current Openings Midwest Center is currently hiring for the day (7a - 3:30pm), evening shift (3pm - 11pm) and overnight (11pm - 7:30am) shift. Midwest Center is also accepting applications for individuals looking for a Per Diem / PRN position. PRN requires working 1 weekday and 1 weekend day per biweekly pay period. ### Who You Are It’s the opportunity to make a difference that drives you. Used under license. ### Qualifications Requirements High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Prior behavioral health / psychiatric work experience required.
