## Job description

### Responsibilities

Responsible for collecting blood from outpatients and inpatients following established procedures and protocols. Responsible for the appropriate record completion. ### Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent. Completion of phlebotomy course preferred. BLS required. Certification as Phlebotomist is preferred.
