Beyond its clinical offerings, Lighthouse Care Center supports patient recovery with recreational activities and an accredited on-campus school, promoting wellness through physical activity and social interaction. ### Position Overview Role: Full-time psychiatrist, Leadership position available Patient Population: Child/Adolescent and Adult populations Schedule: 5 days a week, daytime hours. ### Weekend Coverage 1:4 Saturday/Sunday in-person rounding. ### Weekday Call One evening call shift per week by phone only. ### Employment Type Full-time employed or 1099 position options. RTC/Inpatient/Outpatient mix, ideally child-adult populations Additional earnings potential: Extra call options and Productivity Bonus Plan. ### Key Responsibilities Conduct admission evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment follow-up for child and adolescent patients. Participate in daily treatment team meetings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Complete required patient documentation and notes in accordance with facility guidelines. ### Supervision of NPs Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary with Productivity Bonus potentia for full-time W-2. Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, paid time off, CME package for full-time W-2 Relocation assistance and/or sign-on bonuses are available for full-time W-2. Competitive rates for 1099. ### Qualifications Education: M.D./D.O. with Board Certification in General Psychiatry, BC in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry a plus. ### Training Successful completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency and Child/Adolescent fellowship program a plus. ### Licensure Georgia medical license and DEA in good standing or eligibility to obtain it. ### Experience Minimum of 5 years post fellowship preferred.
