Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Contract Activity Therapist position. ### Learn more about Cedar Creek Hospital online at Cedar Creek Hospital Position Description The Activity/Recreation Therapist is responsible to assess, educate and develop recreational, social, leisure and daily living skills. The Recreation Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing unit activity services for assigned program, which involves defining and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.
