As an RN House Supervisor, you’ll coordinate Nursing Services across the hospital during evening and night shifts, ensuring safe, high‑quality care and supporting teams throughout the facility. For over 100 years, we’ve been committed to delivering exceptional care to our community. ### Learn more [https://www.stmarysregional.com](https://www.stmarysregional.com) ### What You’ll Do As an RN House Supervisor, you’ll provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for Nursing Services during weekday shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating hospital-wide nursing activities and ensuring continuity of patient care Involving the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population‑specific needs Constructing and implementing individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skill Integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and co‑morbidities Coordinating interdisciplinary care and developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans Completing purposeful hourly rounding to enhance communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs Proactively evaluating the environment to ensure it remains patient‑friendly and safe Participating in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns This role blends clinical leadership, communication, and patient‑centered care with the ability to guide teams and support hospital operations. ### What We Offer St. Mary’s provides a supportive environment where leaders can grow, thrive, and make a meaningful impact.
