We offer individualized, inpatient and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adults and adolescents. ### Position Details Patient population: Inpatient adolescent care for patients ages 12–17. ### Care Setting Mostly inpatient work with additional adolescent PHP/IOP available (optional). ### Manageable Caseload Average of 15 total patient encounters per day. ### Position Type Full-time Employed W-2 with benefits or 1099 Independent Contractor available. ### Schedule Monday–Friday, days only. ### Call No weekday call required. ### Weekends Average 1:5 weekend rounding split amongst the team. ### Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary range: $330,000-$350,000. Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance available. ### Bonus Additional earnings through potential via Productivity Bonus and additional weekend coverage and evening call. ### Robust Benefit Package Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ Company Match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, ST/LT Disability, and more. ### Paid-Time Off 26 days per year CME Package: 5 paid CME days per year + reimbursement for related expenses. ### Licenses & Dues reimbursement Requirements MD/DO degree from an accredited program required. Board certified or board eligible child & adolescent psychiatry required. Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain an Arizona medical license.
