The Clinic Administrator III will plan, direct, develop and coordinate activities of the clinic(s) to ensure attainment of corporate goals and objectives. ### Primary Responsibilities Coordinate directly with the Managing Physicians to achieve the goals of the organization Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures related to Finance, Managed Health Care, Quality Assurance/ Risk Management, Marketing, Purchasing and Human Resources at the clinic level You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. ### Required Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory/management experience Demonstrated experience with organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Management of a minimum of 15 -30 Providers - Multispecialty Site and 10+ providers - Specialty Care Department at assigned clinic Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations Preferred Qualifications: Ambulatory Care Management experience Managed care background Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
