Growing together. ### Position Highlights Clinic Location: San Bernardino, CA Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments Average Patients per day: 18 patients Medical Assistant to support Physician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow up appointments Team Based Care Model - Physicians and APC's working together with support team Competitive compensation Robust benefits package DAX AI Scribe No call time $100,000 School Loan Repayment Program for new graduates Physician Relocation Package for eligible candidates Benefits Robust Benefits Package and Bonuses Partnership Program CME Reimbursement and Related Time Off Paid License Renewals Malpractice Coverage Advanced EMR system in place Employee Wellness Program You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. ### Required Qualifications Board Certified Physician or ability to attain before start Unrestricted California Physician License or ability to attain prior to starting Current BLS, ACLS certification Current California DEA certificate or ability to attain prior to start EMR Proficient Demonstrated excellent communication skills and time management Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $238,500 - $392,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
