Growing together. ### Primary Responsibilities - Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements - Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems - Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses - Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks - Translates concepts into practice - Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues - Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others - Acts as a resource for others with less experience Basic, structured, standard approach to work Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
