### Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and PySpark
- Build scalable and high-performance data pipelines for enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms
- Develop and maintain workflow orchestration using Airflow
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and production support activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior team members
- Drive performance tuning, automation, and process improvements across the data platform
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and development best practices Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).

The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL Proven ability to lead teams At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
