Manager หรือ Financial Advisor ในสถาบันการเงิน ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์กับลูกค้ากลุ่ม Wealth Banking จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ * มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตผู้ติดต่อผู้ลงทุน (IR License) หากมีใบอนุญาตอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ * มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น กองทุนรวม ประกัน หุ้นกู้ เป็นอย่างดี * มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม * มีทักษะในการสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า * มีทัศนคติเชิงรุก มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี * สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในระดับการสื่อสาร (อ่าน เขียน พูด) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ * สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี (Microsoft Office)
