It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ### Job Description - Support EE Business via Business/Portfolio Analytics to realise and maximise customer value through the use of decision modeling and customer analytics - Work with product / portfolio management to support product and portfolio on initiatives such as- marketing campaigns, product programmes, pre-campaign analyses, performance metrics, etc - Identify and highlight trends and opportunities for sales and services based on periodic review of customer analytics, marketing models, campaign results and other relevant customer/product information - Develop, implement and validate predictive models, exploratory data analysis / mining or other analyses across the Customer Life Cycle: market segmentation, acquisition, activation, relationship management, cross-selling, up-selling, retention and winback - Generate regular portfolio reports for senior management, segment, channel and marketing, etc ### Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
