As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Job Description Portfolio Growth & Business Performance - Drive portfolio growth initiatives across acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and customer activation. - Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, portfolio penetration, and wallet share. - Support portfolio reviews and recommend actions to achieve business targets. ### Portfolio Strategy & Transformation - Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth and customer engagement. - Identify opportunities to optimize customer coverage models, improve productivity, and enhance cost-to-serve efficiency. - Drive portfolio optimization, customer migration, portfolio rationalization, and business improvement initiatives. - Support strategic projects, digital initiatives, and transformation programmes to improve portfolio economics and customer experience. ### Sales & Commercial Partnership - Partner closely with Sales, Segment, and Product teams to translate customer insights into commercial actions. - Support business reviews by providing opportunity sizing, customer insights, and performance recommendations. - Drive campaign adoption, lead conversion, and customer engagement initiatives with frontline teams. - Act as a trusted business partner in identifying and executing growth opportunities. ### Customer & Portfolio Insights - Conduct customer, product, and portfolio analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks. - Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve portfolio performance and campaign effectiveness. - Provide actionable recommendations through portfolio deep-dives, customer analytics, and performance monitoring. ### Campaign & Initiative Management - Lead end-to-end execution of customer and portfolio campaigns. - Oversee lead generation, campaign tracking, performance measurement, and post-implementation reviews. - Continuously improve targeting strategies, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness. ### Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
