As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis - Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements. - Assist in analysing business processes and identifying solution requirements. - Maintain requirements and project documentation. Impact Assessment and Solution Review Assess the functional impact of changes to Finance applications. - Identify user configuration requirements to support system changes. - Review functional designs to ensure business requirements are adequately addressed. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities. - Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data. - Execute test cases, document results, and track defects. - Coordinate defect resolution and validate fixes with stakeholders. ### Implementation and Handover - Support implementation and deployment activities. - Prepare operational and project documentation. - Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover to production support teams. ### Post-Implementation Support - Provide support during the post-implementation warranty period. - Assist in investigating and resolving issues arising from implemented changes. - Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution. ### Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business users, project teams, support teams, and vendors. - Provide updates on requirements, testing progress, and implementation activities. - Support effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders. ### Key Skills and Competencies - Requirements gathering and documentation - Business process analysis - Functional impact assessment - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Stakeholder communication and collaboration ### Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
