It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ### Job Responsibilities Value Proposition Development Design and refine compelling value propositions tailored to target segments. Align propositions with overall business strategy and customer insights. Communication & Advocacy Ensure consistent messaging across brand collateral, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints. Review and approve all value proposition materials in collaboration with Marketing, Legal, and Product teams. Market Analysis & Research Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis. Leverage customer experience (CX) data and digital performance metrics to inform strategy. ### Business Case Development Build robust business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation planning. ### Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leaders across branches, digital, call centres, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution. Performance Measurement Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of value propositions. Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback. Competitive Differentiation Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation. Leverage existing propositions to enhance market positioning. Risk Management & Compliance Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Promote ethical decision-making and transparency. ### Job Requirements Experience: 7+ years in strategic marketing, product management, or related fields. ### Skills Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. ### Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of financial services and target customer segments. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure and optimize campaign and acquisition performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment and lead initiatives with cross-functional teams. ### Education Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. ### Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
