As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Job Description Responsibilities: - Verify authorised signatures before accepting and executing the request - Maintain user identities, role profiles and parameters based on approved access matrices and established procedures and meeting SLA Maintain proper records of user identities, role profile and parameters changes performed Issue user password in secured manner and ensure acknowledgement from user based on established procedures Undertake tasks as and when assigned Requirements: Minimally a Diploma in Technology or related fields - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Focus on details, accuracy and service delivery. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
