As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Job Summary The Senior Officer 1 will contribute to the successful execution of projects and initiatives within UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd, supporting various operational and strategic functions. ### Job Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of assigned projects and initiatives. - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project development. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. - Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. - Maintain accurate records and databases related to projects and operations. - Perform administrative tasks as required to support departmental objectives. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services or technology sector. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ### Additional Requirements Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
