As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Job Description To manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives. ### Key Accountabilities To work with Sales Head to achieve individual as well as team sales targets To lead and coach a team of telesales officer to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales To recruit, train, and ramp new hires quickly and effectively To proactively identify opportunities for improvements. To monitor team sales performance To develop sales strategies to ensure success and growth Requirements Experience in managing sales team Prior telesales experience is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Data analytic mindset - Ability to prioritize and multitask Target oriented Good Team player Good in people management - Ability to handle difficult and challenging situations –objections/complaints etc ### Additional Requirements Develop (Competency), Engage (Competency), Execute (Competency), Strategise (Competency) Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
