It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ### Job Summary Responsible for the overall management and performance of the UOB Plaza branch, including sales, operations, customer service, and team leadership, to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. ### Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets for various banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and wealth management. - Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Lead, motivate, and develop a team of branch staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market, including corporate and individual clients. - Monitor and manage branch budget, expenses, and profitability. - Ensure a high level of customer service quality and experience. - Manage operational risks and compliance within the branch. - Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch operations effectively. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements. - Ability to analyze financial data and make sound business decisions. - Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken. ### Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
