As One Bank, we are committed to helping our colleagues build sustainable careers grounded in purpose, supported by strong values, and enriched with meaningful opportunities to grow. ### Job Summary The Relationship Officer-PV is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with a portfolio of high-value customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and driving business growth within the Private Banking sector of United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. ### Job Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives. - Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies, including investment, financing, and succession planning. - Proactively identify and acquire new Private Banking clients through referrals, networking, and direct engagement. - Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and foreign exchange. - Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely and relevant financial insights to clients. - Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated and holistic financial solutions. - Ensure full compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and client activities. - Represent the bank at client events and industry functions to enhance brand visibility and foster client relationships. ### Job Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is highly desirable. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Private Banking or high-net-worth clients. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. - In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including investment instruments, wealth management solutions, and credit facilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity and strong ethical conduct. - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
