It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ### Job Description Derivative Operations (IRD Focus) Manage day-to-day operations for Derivative products, trade confirmations, settlements, and lifecycle events (rate resets, coupons, unwind) process. Ensure accuracy of manual accounting entries (if any) in coordination with Finance team. Collaborate with relevant parties (Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Back Office) to resolve operational issues promptly. Collateral Management Oversee margining (VM/IM), dispute resolution, and collateral tracking across counterparties and customers. Ensure compliance with CSA terms, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate reporting and reconciliations related to collateral movements. Governance & Compliance Implement robust operational controls, maker-checker processes, and exception handling. Support regulatory reporting and audit readiness. Develop and update policies and procedures. Team Leadership Lead and manage the Derivatives & Collateral team, including workforce planning, coaching, and performance management. Foster a culture of risk awareness, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Process Optimization & Projects Drive initiative, automation and system enhancement projects to improve STP and reduce manual processes. Collaborate with technology and relevant teams for system upgrades and UAT. Deliver operational efficiency and scalability through process improvement. Management Reporting Ensure timely and accurate operational reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) on trade volumes, exceptions, collateral movements, and disputes. Prepare MIS dashboards and provide report for senior management decision-making. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Global Markets Operations, with strong exposure to derivatives and collateral management. Proven experience in team management and leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of derivative products (especially IRD), lifecycle events, and valuation basics.
