Demonstrate understanding of the home division’s stakeholders and the inter-relatedness of the functions by applying skills learnt during the rotations. Demonstrate competence in working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Demonstrate high learning agility during the programme. ### Job Requirement Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a university, either domestic or overseas For S1: GPA > 3.30 on a 4.00 scale For S2: GPA > 3.50 on a 4.00 scale Have 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships) Have a track record of leadership activities and other extracurricular involvement Possess excellent communication skills Have good English proficiency Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills Pass the selection process ### Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
