It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers. ### Key Responsibilities Contact customers to resolve potential AML and tax information gaps - Review and validate the accuracy and reasonableness of submitted information - Handle the appeals hotline and provide timely, accurate resolutions - Support administrative and documentation tasks in compliance with bank policies - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case completion - Monitor case progress to meet SLAs and regulatory timelines - Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements Requirements: Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 1 year of working experience in AML / KYC Open to outbound / inbound calls Open to 1 yr contract ### Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
