Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Understand clients’ financial goals and provide tailored wealth management solutions. Business Development Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM). Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute targeted campaigns. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Ensure full compliance with international banking regulations (e.g., FAA, FATCA, CRS). Proactively manage risks and maintain high standards of governance and ethical conduct. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders. Deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Possess relevant accreditation (M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI) Proven track record of success in wealth management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead through change.
