Starting pay rate of $22.75/hr with a pay increase within your first year! +$2.00 Weekend differential, +$2.00 freezer differential, +incentives based on work performance. ### Schedule 5 days a week, required Sundays, 10:30 am start, mandatory overtime. Build stable and well-cubed pallets. Safely operate pallet jacks and push carts. Ability to learn and perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures. Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available. ### Position Requirements Working in freezer temperatures. ### Physical Requirements Lifting objects weighing up to 65 lbs. consistently. Working in a Freezer climate. Constant pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.
