In particolare, sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività: Definire e condividere con gli stakeholder di business gli obiettivi di progetto, recepire ed analizzare i requisiti tecnici, elaborando la roadmap ed i principali KPI; Pianificare e organizzare le attività tecniche in linea con le tempistiche e gli obiettivi di progetto; Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita dei progetti IT, assicurandone la corretta esecuzione in tutte le fasi: avvio, pianificazione, esecuzione, monitoraggio e chiusura; Monitorare le attività progettuali, gestendo in modo efficiente risorse, budget e tempistiche, e assicurando il corretto avanzamento rispetto agli obiettivi prefissati; Coordinare i team tecnici e stakeholder di business per facilitare la comunicazione tra tutte le parti coinvolte; Redigere e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione di progetto piani, garantendo una reportistica puntuale e accurata per il management; Monitorare le performance di progetto attraverso strumenti e metriche dedicate, proponendo azioni correttive e migliorative ove necessario. ### REQUISITI RICHIESTI Laurea Triennale o Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale, Ingegneria Informatica, Scienze Informatiche o percorso equivalente; Esperienza professionale di almeno 2/3 anni nella gestione di progetti IT, presso compagnie assicurative o primarie società di consulenza IT; Esperienza nell’analisi funzionale: raccolta, validazione e modellazione dei requisiti di business e definizione delle specifiche per lo sviluppo IT; Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione delle attività progettuali; Esperienza nel coordinamento di team tecnici e interfunzionali; Competenze nel monitoraggio delle attività e nella redazione di reportistica e documentazione di progetto; Completano il profilo ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative. Il/la candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL delle Imprese di Assicurazione alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefit: Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 38.000 a €. 50.000 + Premio Aziendale Variabile; Premio Aziendale; Polizza Sanitaria Integrativa e Previdenza Complementare; Buoni Pasto.
