### Microsoft Certified
- Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- MCSA (Windows Server)
- MCSE (Windows Server) Minimum 3 Years Experience in Windows Server administration - Hands-on expertise in:
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP, IIS
- Patch management & security hardening
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Banking application support on Windows platforms - Exposure to virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
