WHAT WILL ### YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE - Developing and Implement SOPs in various factory functions for improved efficiency and governance. - Explore low-cost automation projects for manufacturing operations. - Identify opportunities for improvement in utilities consumed in the factory. - Work on refining category manufacturing strategy looking at E2E supply chain for Home Care. - Develop real-time monitoring and intimation system for manufacturing KPIs. - Work on developing alternate sources of fuel for cost optimization. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications - Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply, candidates who have 06+ months of experience of working in the manufacturing environment will have preference. ### Skills - Good engineering fundamentals on process equipment and parameters - Good business acumen - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ### Leadership - You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way. - As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need.
