## Job description

1. dCom CBD Lead role: Strategic Leadership & Performance Management
- Accountability for dCom Top-line GMV target and bottom-line target by customer
- Defining the "Go-to-Market" strategy for Pure Players (Shopee, Lazada), Social Commerce (TikTok Shop)
- Leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) with customer to secure strong partnership, exclusive visibility and commercial support.
- Establish and strengthen partnership with key customer to ensure Unilever B&W core advantage and benefit

### Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Leading sales annual to monthly planning & operation process with enabler/customer to deliver business objective and platform operation.
- Ownership for campaign package / bidding with clear objective to deliver customer

### J2BDs & ROAS
- Develop Self-livestream model and minitor daily performance & optimization with MCN / inhouse team to deliver GMV and ROAS targeted with right model for pureplay vs socom
- Deploy the promotional calendar (Double Day, Payday, Brand Day) with KA team while maintaining price integrity across platforms.
- Develop process to monitor and tracking for gift / sampling deliver to e-distributor and to end user
- Develop store operation scorecard to ensure perfect execution and Service level
- Cross functional working with CSP, Demand Creation, Demand Planning in S&OP to ensure stock availability, on-site activities

### Data-Driven Digital Marketing
- Digital dasboard automation (Orion, Perfect Store Online): develop and leverage internal digital dasboard to optimize real time dcom peformance

### CRM & Loyalty
- Leveraging consumer data to drive repeat purchases and increase Customer Lifetime Value. Team Leadership & Capability development
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing dCommerce KA team with clear customer strategy and partnership relationship and enhance dCOM knowledge, skills, and execution capabilities
- Working closely with CSP (Customer strategy and planning) team to build forecast accuracy and Affiliate team to build Livestreaming / video model
- Strong engagement and connection with BU team (Demand creation, Media, Finance) to provide customer and market feedback to enhance BU agenda 2. 1UL CBD Champion role:
- Driving 1UL CBD agenda to for JBP negotiation with customer to ensure 1UL advantage and key benefit, 1UL trade term with enabler / e-distributors for annual / quarterly planning
- Develop 1UL digitilazation roadmap including tool / tech development, processes to enhance operational efficiency and shopper experience
- Leading & facilitate monthly cross BU dCom agenda to update I&O, progress & solution advisory to dCom lead & BU lead 3. Key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Total dCOM sales value (GMV/TO) & growth target
- Market share in dCOM channel x Category
- Trade term & trade spend ROI for CBD investment buckets (display package, self-livestream)
- Digital shelf metrics (availability, content accuracy, visibility)
- Successful negotiation & execution of Joint Business Plans with platforms
- Team capability and engagement scores 4.

### Qualifications & Experience requirement
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in FMCG or Retail, with at least 3 years in senior dCommerce leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing dCommerce strategies delivering strong commercial results.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of dCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and shopper behavior.
- Experiences from platforms such as Shopee, TTK is a plus. Experiences Beauty retail category is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage. 5.

### Team size and partnering
- Lead BW CBD dCom KA team with 4 direct report + 1 direct report for 1UL roles
- Closely work with Customer strategy and Affiliate planning team
- Lead contracted external agencies/service providers/expertise depending on strategic needs and demands
- Work closely with BU cross function teams in B&W and cross BU dCom lead (PC & HC)
