You will partner with central and site finance teams to support cost management, savings governance, investment evaluation, risk management and reliable reporting. The role offers broad exposure to manufacturing finance and the opportunity to turn data into practical business insights. We invite you to build a career with meaningful impact and room to grow. ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support cost management through budgeting, forecasting and analysis of variances against plans. - Track savings initiatives, maintain governance and validate that financial benefits are delivered and reported accurately. - Support financial appraisals for capital investments, cost initiatives and operational improvement projects. - Help maintain strong financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing site. - Proactively identify financial risks, control gaps and process improvement opportunities, and work with teams to address them. - Prepare and maintain management reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into business performance. - Coordinate with finance teams across factory locations to ensure submissions are timely, complete and accurate. - Support internal and external audits, business reviews and compliance requirements. - Use data and emerging digital tools to simplify reporting, strengthen controls and improve decision-making. ### REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Qualified Chartered Accountant with up to three years of professional experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with financial data and reports. - Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders across locations and functions. - Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities. - Comfort using artificial intelligence and other digital tools in finance. Click or tap here to enter text. ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Exposure to manufacturing, factory operations or supply chain finance. - Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, financial controls or investment evaluation. - Experience creating dashboards, management reports or reporting improvements.
