## Job description
- Defineste fluxul de vanzare al produsului si se asigura ca este eficient si raspunde nevoilor fortei de vanzare;
- Defineste si implementeaza, in cooperare cu celelalte departamente ale companiei modificari ale produselor existente;
- Defineste, implementeaza si asigura managementul cardurilor de credit emise de UCFin, pentru toate canalele de distributie, inclusiv partenerii externi;
- Monitorizeaza evolutia pietei si a competitorilor in ceea ce priveste cardurile de credit si propune modificari ale produselor, daca este cazul;
- Defineste si implementeaza initiative comerciale cu scopul de a asigura atingerea obiectivelor de vanzare si profitabilitate ale companiei;
- Mentine o colaborare permanenta cu functiile de Risc, Operational, Tehnic, Juridic&Conformitate, DPO in definirea produselor sau initiativelor comerciale;
- Defineste si mentine comunicarea cu reteaua de vanzari, pentru toate canalele de distributie, pentru toata perioada de viata a produsului;
- Propune si monitorizeaza preturile produselor, in conformitate cu procedurile interne;
- Monitorizeaza si optimizeaza oferta de produse pentru a raspunde constant obiectivelor companiei;
- Este implicat in definirea materialelor de training si a sesiunilor de training cu privire la produse;
- Efectueaza setarile produselor in sistemele interne.
