## Job description
- Coordonezi activitatea de vanzari privind achizitia si retentia de clienti persoane fizice
- Identifici, sprijini si implementezi noi initiative de business la nivel local in vederea cresterii cotei de piata a Bancii pe segmentul de clienti persoane fizice
- Executi si monitorizezi implementarea la nivel local a campaniilor comerciale adresate segmentului persoane fizice
- Participi la vizite cu clientii din categoria persoane fizice, identifici nevoile acestui segment si propui solutii adecvate
- Colaborezi strans cu sucursalele din Regiunea alocata, planifici si gestionezi proactiv actiuni comerciale personalizate la nivel de sucursala in vederea atingerii obiectivelor
- Contribui la cresterea veniturilor, volumelor si a calitatii serviciilor oferite clientilor
- Asiguri realizarea obiectivelor de profit si de satisfactie a clientilor prin definirea de actiuni comerciale si oferirea de produse adecvate si in conformitate cu strategiile bancii.
